MSU Rowing is set to compete in the Big Ten Rowing Championships at Devil's Lake, Wisconsin. The event, scheduled for Sunday at 10 a.m. ET, marks the first championship under the guidance of head coach Stacey Rippetoe.

The Spartans have faced Big Ten rivals multiple times this season, with previous duals against Michigan and Indiana. The team also competed in the Big Ten Invite in Sarasota, Florida, where they encountered other conference teams.

The races will be streamed live on B1G+, featuring commentary from MSU Rowing's founding head coach Bebe Bryans. Bryans has a notable history with MSU, having led the team to five NCAA Championships and earning two Big Ten Coach of the Year awards during her tenure from 1997-2004.

The schedule includes several events throughout the day: 4V8 at 10:00 a.m., 3V8 at 10:20 a.m., and concluding with the 1V8 race at noon.

Lineups for each event have been announced with Lizzie Johnston coxswaining the Varsity 8+ boat and Ellise Flessland leading the Second Varsity 8+. Other lineups include Sophia Stauffer as coxswain for Varsity 4+ and Kendall Gonya for Second Varsity 4+.

A re-run of the broadcast will air on May 26 on Big Ten Network.
