Michigan State Athletics has a busy week ahead with both the women's and men's basketball teams in action. The Spartans recently achieved a significant victory over Iowa, ranked No. 21/25, with a close score of 68-66, marking their first-ever 10-0 start.

The men's basketball team, ranked No. 20/19, will play at home against Florida Atlantic this Saturday at Breslin Center at 2 p.m. Earlier this week, they secured a win against Oakland with a final score of 77-58. Xavier Booker led Michigan State offensively with a career-high of 18 points, while Szymon Zapala recorded six blocked shots for his career best as well.
