The #EastLansing Department of Parks, Recreation & Arts (ELPRA) has launched a new Round Up for Scholarships program.
The program provides community members with the opportunity to contribute to a fund used exclusively to help pay for scholarships for children and adults who may not otherwise be able to financially afford to participate in ELPRA’s classes, camps and fitness offerings.
