The East Lansing Police Department has partnered with a number of local faith leaders to host an American Red Cross community blood drive during National Faith & Blue Weekend.
Community members can sign up to donate blood during this special community event, which will be taking place on Friday, Oct. 7 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at Martin Luther Chapel, 444 Abbot Road in East Lansing. There will also be an opportunity to engage with local law enforcement officers and local faith leaders in the north parking lot of East Lansing City Hall, 410 Abbot Road, during the event, which will be set up with food trucks and games for the community to enjoy.
