City of Charlotte recently issued the following announcement.
Charlotte Alert - Street Closure: E Seminary from Oliver St to Prairie St AND Pleasant St from Lovett St to Henry St are closed on Tuesday, February 15th until 4:30 pm for watermain repairs in the intersection. No thru traffic will be permitted. Please use caution in the area.
