Janitorial Services – Request for Proposals

RFP# 2022-01A – Janitorial Services issued the following announcement on Feb 3.

The City of Charlotte will be receiving proposals from commercial cleaning firms to provide janitorial services for City Hall and the Police Department.

Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope via mail or hand-delivered and clearly identifying the proposal title; “Proposals for Janitorial Services of City Hall and Police Department” to the City Clerk’s office at City of Charlotte 111 E. Lawrence Ave., Charlotte, Michigan, 48813

Important Dates:

  • February 3, 2022 RFP issued
  • February 14, 2022 Background check paperwork due to Clerk if attending the Premises Inspection (form included in packet)
  • February 17, 2022 Premises Inspection – 9:30 a.m. – Council Chambers
  • February 24, 2022 Proposals are due to City Clerk by 2:30 p.m.
