Michigan State University's volleyball program has announced new additions to its support staff. Head coach Kristen Kelsay introduced Rachel Schneider as the team's technical coordinator and Ynhi Le as a creative media specialist.

"I am excited to announce the addition of Rachel and Ynhi to our staff," said Kelsay. "We are so fortunate to have both a technical coordinator and a creative media specialist, who will help our program succeed both on and off the court. Ynhi and Rachel have excelled in their respective fields and come to East Lansing ready to hit the ground running."

Rachel Schneider joins Michigan State after serving as the program coordinator at Wake Forest for one season. At Wake Forest, she managed daily operations for the Demon Deacons, supervised student managers, tracked team statistics using VolleyStation, synced film with Volleymetrics for athlete review, designed spreadsheets for in-match statistics, tracked player performances, and created travel itineraries. Schneider graduated from the University of Toledo in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences, earning valedictorian status.

Ynhi Le comes from Volleyball Club Nebraska where she worked as a social media coordinator since 2021. A graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Le is skilled in photo, video, and graphic design while managing VCN's social platforms. Her freelance work includes collaborations with Omaha Supernovas and the University of Minnesota volleyball program. Le's content at VCN generated over 2.9 million views and 341,584 likes.
