Michigan State University's gymnastics team has announced the signing of five new athletes for its 2025-26 roster. The group, ranked 10th nationally by CollegeGymNews, includes Isabel Biro, Brooke Boggess, Jazlynn Chism, Lilia Cosman, and Korynne Marquart.

Head coach Mike Rowe expressed enthusiasm about the new recruits: "We're thrilled that our 2025 signing class is bringing an abundance of talent and competitiveness to our Spartan family," he said. "CollegeGymNews ranked them as the No. 10 recruiting class in the country and we can't wait to get them on campus."

Isabel Biro hails from Cincinnati, Ohio, and trains at Queen City Gymnastics. Rowe noted her all-around potential: "While bars, vault and floor could be considered her strongest, beam has developed and will definitely be an event we are counting on her consistently." Biro's accolades include being a four-time Women's Development Program National Championships qualifier.

Brooke Boggess also comes from Cincinnati and trains at Queen City Gymnastics. She specializes in bars and beam. "Brooke's skill level, technique, confidence and consistency make her an obvious beam threat as well," Rowe stated.

Jazlynn Chism from Elgin, Illinois trains at Midwest Elite Gymnastics Academy. Despite missing the 2024 season due to injury, Rowe praised her comeback: "Her competitiveness, grit and beautiful artistry will help us raise the bar even more."

Lilia Cosman joins MSU from Holt, Michigan but represents Romania internationally. She competed in the 2024 Paris Olympics. Rowe highlighted her unique background: "We are so proud to welcome Lilia...joining our Spartan family as the first Olympian in program history."

Korynne Marquart from Cypress, Texas trains at Cypress Academy of Gymnastics. Known for her prowess on vault and floor, Rowe commented on her strong performance during the 2024 DP season.

These athletes bring diverse skills and experiences to Michigan State's gymnastics program as they prepare to join in fall 2025.
