Michigan State University is set to host the Michigan State Classic, a women's tennis tournament sponsored by Auto-Owners Insurance. The event will take place from Friday, October 25th to Sunday, October 27th at the MSU Indoor Tennis Center in East Lansing, Michigan.
The tournament will feature five teams: Michigan State, Michigan, Notre Dame, Northwestern, and Xavier. Each team will send four players to participate in both singles and doubles matches scheduled throughout each day. Matches are set to begin at 10 a.m., though the schedule may change.
Representing Michigan State are freshman Amara Brahmbhatt, junior Matilde Morais, junior Issey Purser, and redshirt sophomore Natalie Stasny. Fans interested in following the tournament can access results and live coverage through Tournament Central.
