Michigan State University's women's soccer team has announced a series of promotions for their upcoming home games. The events aim to engage fans and celebrate the team's achievements.
The season kicks off on August 22 against Arkansas with a "Welcome Back" event for MSU students, featuring a pre-game tailgate. On August 25, the team faces Ohio, marking "Back to School Day," which includes family-friendly activities such as yard games and face painting.
A special "Senior Day" ceremony will also be held on August 25 to honor senior players. Throughout the season, fans can take advantage of the "Four Seats, Four Treats" promotion by purchasing four general admission seats in advance to receive four Melting Moments Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches for $20.
On August 29, MSU will host Ole Miss with a "Student Section Night," offering double points in the Spartan Student Rewards app. September 1 brings "Championship Sunday" against Xavier, celebrating the team's back-to-back Big Ten Championships with trophy photo opportunities and limited edition posters.
Other notable events include "Youth Soccer Night" on September 5 against Queens and "Celebrating Hispanic Heritage" on September 19 against Nebraska. Alumni are invited to attend "Alumni Day" on September 29 when MSU plays Rutgers.
The rivalry game against Michigan on October 5 encourages fans to bring items that glow green for the "Glow Green" theme. On October 17, during the game against Wisconsin, faculty and staff receive complimentary admission as part of "Profs at the Pitch."
Season ticket members are recognized on October 20 against Northwestern with field tours and penalty kick opportunities. The final home game on October 27 against Purdue is designated as "Fan Appreciation," featuring pre-game activities.
