Throughout the season, MSU faced various opponents. They started with two consecutive losses against North Dakota on November 30th and December 1st. Among their notable victories were games against Ontario Agricultural College in January where they won both matches with scores of 14-2 and 6-1 respectively.

However, the team also faced several defeats throughout their schedule including losses to Colorado College in late December and multiple defeats by Michigan Tech in January and February.
