Michigan State Men's Tennis concluded its historic season with a 4-0 loss to Harvard in the Boston Regional final. The Spartans achieved an all-time high of 22 wins and secured their first NCAA Tournament victory against Denver.

Despite the team's season ending, three players—Ozan Baris, Ronald Hohmann III, and Max Sheldon—will compete in the NCAA Championships for singles and doubles on May 20 in Stillwater, Oklahoma.

Head coach Harry Jadun expressed pride in his team: "I'm just proud of the guys, we battled hard," said Jadun. "We didn't have our best stuff today but Harvard played really well and in an NCAA Tournament you've got to bring your best."

Jadun's second year leading Michigan State has seen significant improvement from past seasons where they had not surpassed 15 wins in over a decade. He added, "We want to break some more records next year... I'm excited for what the future holds."

In doubles play against Harvard, Hohmann and Taym Alazmeh won their match 6-4 at the second spot. However, losses by other pairs led to a disadvantage going into singles matches. Despite efforts from Spartans like Aristotelis Thanos and Sebastien Collard, they were unable to secure victories.

Ronald Hohmann managed to claim a set before his match was left unfinished as Harvard reached four points first. The final result was No. 12 Harvard defeating No. 22 Michigan State with a score of 4-0.

Match results indicate that key matches remained unfinished as Harvard clinched victory early on.
