Michigan State University's women's basketball team participated in the Big Ten Media Days held in Rosemont, Illinois. The event featured all 18 women's teams, with the men's teams scheduled for the following day at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. This year's media days also introduced Oregon, UCLA, USC, and Washington to the league.

Second-year head coach Robyn Fralick represented Michigan State alongside graduate guard/forward Julia Ayrault and junior guard Theryn Hallock.

The Spartans are set to gear up for their annual Michigan State Madness on Friday, October 4. The event will begin with doors opening at 6 p.m., allowing fans to collect autographs and take pictures with the head coach. The formal program is scheduled to start at 7 p.m.
