Michigan State University announced the 2025 Big Ten Conference schedule for its softball team on Tuesday afternoon. The Spartans will host Ohio State from March 21 to March 23, Washington from April 18 to April 20, and Iowa from April 25 to April 27 in East Lansing.
The conference season begins on March 13 and concludes on May 4. Michigan State will compete against eight of the conference's seventeen teams over a span of twenty-two games. USC does not have a varsity softball program.
The Spartans' Big Ten play starts with two neutral-site series in Oklahoma City, facing Minnesota on March 13-14 and Northwestern on March 15-16. They will also travel for road series against Michigan (March 28-30), Illinois (April 11-13), and Oregon (May 2-4).
Details regarding non-conference games, game times, and potential broadcasts by the Big Ten Network will be released later.
