Six Michigan State men's tennis players are set to compete in the ITA All-American tournament in Tulsa, Oklahoma, from September 21-29.

The tournament provides an opportunity for the players to showcase their hard work and improvement from last season. Singles pre-qualifying matches will take place on Saturday and Sunday. Sophomore Taym Alazmeh, junior David Saye, and senior Max Sheldon will participate in these rounds. Winners of the pre-qualifying matches will advance to the qualifying stage.

Junior Aristotelis Thanos, returning from the Davis Cup, is eager to begin his fall season. He will start his participation in the tournament on Monday, September 23, in the first round of qualifying.

Those who succeed in the qualifying rounds will enter the Main Draw of the tournament. Freshman Matt Forbes and junior Ozan Baris will join their teammates on Wednesday, September 23, for the first round of the Main Draw.

Michigan State players aim to demonstrate their dedication and hard work during this tournament. Quarterfinalists in the Main Draw will qualify for individual singles and/or doubles events at the NCAA championship, now held in the fall.
