Michigan State men's basketball team will commence their participation in the 41st annual Maui Invitational by facing Colorado on Monday, Nov. 25 at the Lahaina Civic Center in Maui, Hawaii.
The Spartans are scheduled to play against the Buffaloes in the second game of the tournament at noon Hawaii time (5 p.m. ET), with live coverage on ESPN2.
The victor between Michigan State and Colorado will advance to compete against the winner of a game between Connecticut and Memphis, which is set as the first game of the morning session.
On the other side of the bracket, Auburn will face Iowa State, while Dayton will go up against North Carolina.
All 12 games of the Maui Invitational will be broadcast on ESPN, ESPN2 or ESPNU and accessible via the ESPN app.
Historically, Michigan State has faced Colorado four times, holding a 3-1 advantage in their encounters. Their last meeting resulted in a 79-64 victory for MSU on March 21, 2003, during the first round of the NCAA Tournament.
This marks Michigan State's fifth appearance in the Maui Invitational and their first since 2019.
