Not All Voters Will Have Picture ID

Michigan election law anticipates that not all voters will have picture ID. Voters who do not have acceptable picture ID or forgot to bring acceptable picture ID to the polls or to the City Clerk’s Office can vote like any other voter by signing an affidavit. In #EastLansing, this affidavit will be made available at the City Clerk’s Office when voters appear in person to apply for or vote an absentee ballot and at the polls when voters appear to vote in person on #ElectionDay#ELvotes
