The City of #EastLansing's Play in the Park children's entertainment series will kick off tomorrow (Tuesday, July 12) with an interactive comedy/magic show by Joel Tacey, Michigan's Family Funnyman, at 7 p.m. in Valley Court Park, 280 Valley Court.
