A ribbon-cutting ceremony was hosted today to commemorate the completion of an improvement project at Patriarche Park, supported in part by a Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund grant from the Michigan Department of Natural Resources.
The project included renovations to the park's pavilion and restrooms as well as several environmental sustainability improvements, including low-flow plumbing fixtures, energy-efficient electrical features, a solar array adjacent to the restrooms on the park's south side and a rainwater catchment system.
