City of Leslie issued the following announcement on Feb 24.
The City of Leslie seeks a full-time DPW Laborer. This full-time position performs general labor in support of a wide range of public works projects to maintain and upgrade the City’s infrastructure. Activities range from roadwork, utility system maintenance, grounds keeping, facilities maintenance and related work. Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Michigan driver’s license and CDL or obtain one within 90 days of employment.
Minimum qualifications include one (1) or more years experience in public works or related field; possess or ability to obtain a water operator license; a valid State of Michigan CDL driver's license. Prior to employment, applicant must pass city-designated physical examination including drug screening.
