City of East Lansing issued the following announcement on Feb 15.
Several City of East Lansing offices/facilities will be closed Monday, Feb. 21 in observance of Presidents’ Day.
Offices and facilities that will be closed include East Lansing City Hall, the East Lansing 54B District Court, the East Lansing Public Library, the East Lansing Department of Public Works (DPW)* and East Lansing Prime Time. The East Lansing Hannah Community Center will be open during its regular hours, 6 a.m.- 9 p.m.
*Please note that the 2022 closure date for Presidents' Day was incorrect in the Fall 2021 Curbside Journal. DPW will be closed for Presidents’ Day on February 21, 2022 (not Feb. 14 as printed). On Feb. 21, bulk item collection will not be offered.
