City of Midland issued the following announcement on Jan 14.
The Grace A. Dow Memorial Library will be closed on Monday, January 17 in observation of Martin Luther King, Jr Day. Staff will resume responding to texts, emails, and phone calls on Tuesday, January 18 at 9 a.m.
