The City of Saline is accepting applications for a full-time Maintenance Person I to perform un-skilled and limited semi-skilled work related to the operation and maintenance of the Department of Public Works. Work involves manual labor, and operation of light, motorized and non-motorized equipment, and hand tools.
This position requires a high school education or GED, and a valid Michigan Commercial Driver’s License with group “A” designation, “N” and “airbrake” endorsements, and a medical certificate indicating physical ability to drive. Residency within 20 miles is required. Starting wage is $20.37/hr determined by collective bargaining agreement.
