City of Saint Johns issued the following announcement on Sept 30.
Trick-or-treating hours have been set for Sunday, October 31st from 6:30 - 8:00 pm. The fire whistle will sound for the beginning and the end of the candy gathering. Please leave your porch light on and drive carefully as there will be many families out and about gathering candy.
