In greater Lansing, the average price is $2.38 and the lowest price is $2.12. Trends show the price as down.
The average price of unleaded gas in the state is $2.645 per gallon. The previous week, the state average was $2.634 per gallon. The average has decreased since last month, when it was $2.738 per gallon – a 9.3 cent difference.
Last year, the average price for a gallon of gas was $2.851.
